Dr Rebecca Brown CHIROPRACTOR

Having been introduced to chiropractic as a young child, Dr Bec has seen first-hand the incredible health benefits chiropractic care can offer all members of the family. With a passion for health and learning, Bec was instinctively drawn to study this powerful form of healthcare so she could share this vitalistic perspective with others.

Upon graduation from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Clinical Chiropractic, Bec returned to her home town of Wangaratta to practice in a well established country practice. From here Rebecca moved to the UK, where she worked in one of London’s busiest family practices, and had a great time learning and exploring. Bec joined her longtime friend, Lisa, at Seed in 2018..

Bec is committed to providing chiropractic care of the highest quality and utilises a range of techniques to best serve each person’s individual needs. Bec is passionate about helping families thrive and, with a special interest in pregnancy and paediatric care, has undertaken additional training in these areas. Her gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments create an opportunity for balance and connection within, as well as promoting a calming effect on the nervous system.

In her spare time, she enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle, spending time with family and friends, doing yoga, travelling and learning all she can about what it takes to be well, and thrive.

Bec looks forward to meeting you, and helping you to live your happiest, healthiest life.

Dr Jessie Askew CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Jessie Askew has been a chiropractor across bayside since she completed her Masters in Clinical Chiropractic in 2010, where she graduated with distinction. She has since completed many postgraduate hours studying paediatric development and pregnancy care. Her approach to health and wellbeing is very holistic as she believes that care should focus on the whole person – both inside and out.

Dr Jessie received her first adjustment as a child and has been receiving regular chiropractic care ever since. Thus for the past 15 years, she has been passionate about enhancing family’s overall health and lifestyle. Dr Jessie is committed to providing care for the whole family, which means people of all ages. She has worked for many years with newborns and children, and has obtained a special touch and appreciation for the formative years of life where the foundations of health are built.

Jessie established a successful family practice in Hampton and joined the collective at Seed in 2020.

Dr Sammy Kale CHIROPRACTOR

Sammy has just returned from the UK, where she has been working at Chiro London in Fulham for the last three and a half years. She is a second generation chiropractor, and has reaped the benefits of chiropractic care from birth.

Sammy loves treating all humans big and small, and has completed extra training in perinatal and paediatric care. She believes that health is always a work in progress, and loves witnessing the way chiropractic care can support the body, especially through periods of physical, emotional and chemical stress.

Sammy is a much loved part of our Seed community and is looking forward to meeting you.

Dr Lauren Steinfort CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Lauren first experienced chiropractic care as a teenager, for various long term sports injuries. She sought care from a chiropractor, who explained that by first developing a strong foundation (spine, pelvis, cranium, nervous system), there is a much greater ability to heal the rest of your body, mind, spirit and soul. It made a significant difference and had a profound affect on Lauren.

After graduating in 2009 with a Master’s in Clinical Chiropractic, Lauren worked in a busy Bayside family practice for two years before heading overseas for further adventures and life experiences. In 2013, she made Amsterdam her home, and since that time has worked in various family practices in Amsterdam and across The Netherlands.

Over the past eight years in Europe, Lauren actively developed her knowledge on paediatric and pregnancy care, completing various courses, including the Websters Technique course. She also gained greater understanding of chiropractic philosophy, science and art, which deepened her passion for the chiropractic profession. As well, she was co-host of a popular podcast on chiropractic care.

Lauren and her Dutch partner have two lively daughters, aged 4 years and 19 months, and in her spare time loves to spend time in nature, running, practising yoga, gardening and being active. Recently her family relocated to the Bayside area.

Lauren loves being part of the Seed community, and is looking forward to meeting you.

Dr Virginia Croke CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Virginia completed her double degree in Chiropractic at RMIT, graduating with Distinction. Since then, she has gone on to complete further studies in Sacro-Occipital Technique, paediatric and pregnancy care.

Dr Ginny received her first chiropractic adjustment the same day that she was born, and she’s passionate about people of all ages having the same access to safe and gentle health care.

When she’s out of the office, Ginny can be found out on a walk with a coffee in hand, or forgetting to return her library books on time.

Ginny is joining the Seed Chiropractic Team from Jan 2nd 2024 to assist with Bec’s maternity leave. She will be available on a Tuesday afternoon to care for existing and new clients.
